Our People

NCSA's staff of former college athletes, coaches and scouts will help you compete for scholarships. We know who you are: an athlete on the verge of making the next step, confident in your ability to raise your game to the next level, just hoping to be noticed, to be given the opportunity to play your game. We've been there.

Most of our nearly 500-strong staff competed at the college level. Now, working with NCSA allows us to help others earn the same opportunity. For people who know the value of college athletics—who continue to benefit from its lessons and values well beyond the span of a college athletic career—it's just about the most rewarding job you can find. We at NCSA share that viewpoint—and a common passion for what we do. In fact, many of us think of it less as a job and more as a lifestyle. But we don’t just bring a real love for college sports; our people bring decades upon decades of experience in college athletics and beyond.

Kamille Ferguson

I went Lewis University and after graduating as a Division II All-American, I made it my mission to help as many people as I could. As a college scout, I’m able to educate families and help change lives each day.

Latarius Ferguson

My name is Latarius Ferguson. I am a 22 year old male looking for his goal and dreams to finally come true. I graduated from Simeon Career Academy then went on the play college football at EIU. Growing up my dream was always to either play in the NFL or become a sports agent or stay in sport marketing

Ryan Ferm

Assistant Scout
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
I played football for as long as I can remember. That’s why it was a real tough time for me when it came to deciding what I would do in college. I was recruited by a handful of DIII schools, but I was pretty overwhelmed by the whole recruiting process. I found NCSA as my home so I can help student athletes find their perfect collegiate fit as well as help them through the recruiting process that I once found so daunting.

Micheline Figel

DePauw University
I came to work at NCSA to help aid students and families with the stressful, yet very important recruitment process.

Seth Finklesten

Originally from the Philadelphia area, I currently reside in Washington D.C. in the heart of the nation’s capitol. Growing up I was a multisport athlete and was captain of my high school’s baseball and swim teams.

Lee Fischer

University of Missouri
In June of 2008, I was drafted by the Chicago White Sox and played 2 years of minor league baseball. In those two years I was apart of a team that won the Pioneer League champion and was invited to the Chicago White Sox instructional league in Phoenix, AZ. I came to NCSA because it is important for student athelets to know that hard work can take you anywhere you want to go, and that all information is vital in making the best decision for you.

Kristopher Fleming

Iowa Wesleyan College
I have been playing football most of my life.

Tom Fluegel

Assistant Scout
Loras College
I had the opportunity to attend Loras College where I received my bachelors degree in sport management and was fortunate to play there and have a successful four years- 2 final fours and a few individual awards. I came to NCSA to help student athletes through the recruiting process and make sure they don't make the same mistakes I did when I was in high school and ultimately, find the right fit for college - on the field and in the classroom.

Billy Flutie

Head Scout
Boston College
I committed to play football at Boston College, where I accomplished 2 ACC Championship appearances and obtained the ACC 4 year honor roll academic achievement award. Over the past 4 years I worked in Athletic Administration at Boston College, working with coaches and athletes to achieve their goals.

Taylor Fodor

Financial Aid Director
Kalamazoo College and Northwestern University
I'm here to make a difference. If I didn't chase my dream to play college baseball I never would have been awarded with the opportunities that I have today. I want to give back and help other athletes achieve this once in a lifetime experience.

Joshua Forney

Steffi Frede

Video Coordinator Assistant
Emerson College
I was born into this world to be a passionate sporting spectator as the little sister of an all-star athlete (my sister, who played soccer at Northwestern University.) As I grew up, I pursued multiple sports and ultimately found my own niche in soccer. I gained great experiences and values traveling the country with my Chicago-based team for over a decade.

Ken Gardner

Head Football Scout
College of Lake County
Over the last 30 years of coaching student athletes, I have learned that the families that are proactive in the recruiting process are the most successful, and way too many good student athletes get over looked by college coaches.

Anne Garrity

High School Account Manager
Iowa State Universtiy
While growing up, sports were always an integral part of my life. After playing soccer and basketball for years, my experiences helped shape me into who I am today and taught me life lessons I couldn’t have learned without being a part of a team.

Peter Gaskill

Head Scout
Coe College
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to mentor and motivate young athletes towards thriving collegiate and amateur athletic careers. This is why I am excited to be a part of NCSA, a company which shares my passion for helping student-athletes achieve their goals of competing at the next level.

Vince Gauer

Head Scout
Jamestown College
Being the son of a former coach, I've had a passion instilled in me about all sports. I was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, basketball and track), garnering a total of 16 varsity letters, being named to All-Conference football 3 times, All-District and All-Conference basketball team 3 times, All-State in football and a state champion shot putter in track and field. I went on to play football and baseball for Jamestown College and was named to the All-Conference and All-Division baseball teams.

Ryan Gazdacka

Indiana University
I chose NCSA because of the opportunity the company provides to student athletes. I played baseball at the club level in college, and doing that was a huge part of my college experience. I want other athletes to have sports be a part of defining his or her college career.

Will Gilhooly

Jr. Staff Accountant
Grand Valley State University
NCSA appealed to me because I was once a high school athlete who wanted to play in college. Working at NCSA, I not only get to work in a field I love, I get to work for a company that helps high school students capitalize on the opportunity to meet coaches, learn about what colleges have to offer, and continue their athletic careers.
